Munchesta India Private Limited

Our place is located at Site No. 69 in Sv Millennium Valley. It’s right in Hompalaghatta Village, which is part of Anekal. Being out here in the 562106 area means we have a bit more space than the shops in the middle of Bangalore. Munchesta India is all about snacks and things you can munch on. We spend most of our time in the kitchen area, trying out different recipes and seeing what tastes okay. It is a bit of a messy process sometimes. Flour and oil seem to get everywhere no matter how much we clean. We don't have a team of chefs in tall hats. It’s just us, working with what we have. Some days the batches come out perfect, and other days we have to tweak things a bit. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks. We just put the snacks in bags and hope people like them. The village vibe is nice because it is peaceful. We can focus on the work without too much noise. People around here know us as the folks who are always busy with food. We use local ingredients whenever we can because it just makes sense. It is a practical business. We aren't looking to change the world, just to give people something decent to eat when they are hungry. We stay busy, we keep it simple, and we stick to what we know.
