It’s a busy part of Bangalore, and there’s always someone passing by the window. Our office and workspace here isn't anything fancy. We deal with products from Coorg, trying to keep things organized in a space that feels a bit small sometimes. The shelves are usually stacked high with containers and bags. Madiwala is a place where you hear the traffic all day long, but we’ve gotten used to the background noise. It’s mostly just a few of us handling the paperwork and the inventory. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking the stocks that come in from the estates. It’s practical work. We don’t have a big marketing team or a polished showroom. Most of our time is spent making sure the orders are packed correctly and ready to go out. Sometimes the rain in Bangalore makes the logistics a bit difficult, especially on these narrow crosses in 560100.
