Muddhe Bytes Hotel Llp is our name. We’re located on the ground floor at No 6, No 8/1, and 8/2. This is on the 80ft Bda Road in Avanisringeri Nagar. It falls under Nyanappanahalli and the post comes through Begur Post here in Bangalore. We are a small Llp. We mostly focus on the hotel and food side of things. Being on the ground floor means we see everyone walking by on the Bda Road. It’s a pretty active area with lots of people going to work. We started this place because we wanted to have something of our own in this part of Bangalore. It’s not a fancy corporate establishment. We have some tables and chairs and we serve local food. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded and loud, especially during the lunch hour. We don't have a big team of waiters or anything. It's just a few of us. We do the cooking and the cleaning ourselves. Karnataka has a lot of good food traditions and we try to stick to that. We don't have any big mission statements written on the walls. We just want to serve a good meal. The address is easy to find if you’re on the 80ft road. We’ve been here for a bit and the neighbors are all friendly. We just keep doing what we do every day. It’s hard work but it’s honest. This is how we make our living.
