You can find us over on O.M Road in B.T Halli, right in the KR Puram area. Being at number 11/3 puts us near a lot of the transit routes, which is helpful since we handle exports. It is mostly a lot of boxes, shipping labels, and checking lists. We aren't sitting in a glass tower; it is a practical workspace where we get our hands dirty. The mornings are usually the busiest when we are trying to get containers ready for the trucks. It gets loud with the traffic from the main road, but we are used to it by now. We deal with various goods going out of India, mostly focused on the textile and manufacturing side of things. It is a lot of back and forth with shipping agents and making sure the paperwork matches the goods. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, like when it rains heavily and we have to worry about the loading dock. We are just a group of people who know how to get things moved from one place to another. There is no magic to it, just staying organized and making sure we don't miss any small details. We’ve been in KR Puram for a while, and the neighborhood has changed, but our work stays pretty much the same. It is about keeping the flow of goods moving and dealing with the hiccups as they happen, like a late driver or a damaged pallet.
