Mr.Broast India Private Limited

We set up Mr.Broast India Private Limited over at 11th YBY Main Road in Bangalore South. If you know the Ahmadia Agency building, that’s where we are, at number 62/62. It’s a lively area and there is always something happening on the street outside. Our days are mostly spent around the fryers and the prep counters. It gets hot in the kitchen, especially during the summer months in Karnataka. We mostly just focus on getting the chicken right and making sure the breading isn't too thick. It’s not a complicated business, but it takes time to get the timing down so nothing comes out dry. We have a few guys working the counters and a couple more in the back. Sometimes it gets really crowded and the noise levels go up, which can be a bit much, but we manage. The 560041 area has a lot of people moving around, so we see a lot of different faces every day. We don’t really do big advertisements. Most people just find us because they live nearby or work in one of the offices around here. The floor needs a lot of mopping because of the grease, and we're always running out of napkins. It’s just a normal place where we work long hours to keep things moving. We’ve been here for a bit now and know the local rhythm well. Just a simple food spot on a busy road. The sink leaks occasionally but we fix it.
