MOSAIQUE PRIVATE LIMITED is tucked away in Malleswaram at No. 116/6. We are on the 1st floor, right behind the Union Bank of India on 11th Cross. Malleswaram is one of those parts of Bengaluru that still feels like the old city. The 560003 area has a lot of charm, but the streets are quite narrow and can get very crowded. Our office is in a building that’s been around for a while. We have a simple setup with a few tables and some basic office chairs. There are folders stacked up everywhere because we haven't gone fully digital with everything yet. Being behind the bank makes it easy to give people directions. We usually hear the bells from the local temple in the mornings. The office has high ceilings and fans that squeak a little bit when they’re on high speed. We spend most of our time on the phone or working through project details. There isn't a lot of space for lounging, so we mostly just stay at our desks. Someone usually brings in snacks to share in the afternoons. It’s a very grounded place to work. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls, just a calendar and some notes. It feels like a neighborhood business because we see the same people walking their dogs or going to the market every day. It’s just our regular spot for getting the job done.
