We’re located over in HBR Layout, 1st Phase, at number 639 on the ground floor. This area is part of the 3rd Block, right on 8th Main. It’s a pretty nice neighborhood to be in, though the morning traffic on the main road can be a bit much. Our office is a straightforward space where we handle all our building and development tasks. Since we’re on the ground floor, we get a lot of walk-ins and people asking for directions, which is fine by us. We’re just a small crew of folks who enjoy being part of the local community here in Bangalore. We don't have any fancy corporate slogans or a marketing department writing stuff for us. Most of what we do involves looking at site drawings and making sure the supplies are getting where they need to go. It’s a lot of phone calls and a lot of paperwork, which isn’t always fun, but it’s necessary. We’ve got a couple of old fans that squeak a bit, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it feels like home to us. We’ve seen HBR Layout grow and change so much over the last few years, and we’re just happy to have a steady place to work every day. We just try to do a decent job and stay out of the way of the chaos on the streets.
