Montra Buildco Llp is located at 19/B in the 3rd Stage Industrial Suburb of Vishweshwar Nagar. Being in an industrial suburb means we are surrounded by warehouses and factories, which fits our style perfectly. We are all about the building process itself, not the fancy office decorations. Our space is functional and maybe a little bit messy with all the samples of stone and tiles we have collected over the years. We handle the gritty side of construction, from the initial site clearing to the final coat of paint. Vishweshwar Nagar is a hardworking area, and we fit right in with our neighbors. We do not use any polished language or try to sound like we are some global conglomerate. We are just a local partnership that knows how to manage a crew and get a building standing. The days are usually full of phone calls to vendors and checking on the progress of our various projects. Sometimes things go wrong, like a machine breaking down or the weather turning bad, but we just deal with it as it comes. We are practical people who believe in doing a decent job for a fair price. If you walk into our office, you will probably see us looking at a set of plans or arguing about the best way to fix a drainage issue.
