You can find us over at No 32/28 on the 3rd cross in Gangamma garden. It’s tucked away in Malagala, part of the Nagarbhavi 2nd Stage area. It’s a quiet enough spot, which helps when we’re trying to focus on media work. Monishka Media Connections Privatelimited isn't some massive company with a glass lobby. We’re just a group of people working out of this space in Bangalore. The neighborhood has changed a lot over the years, but we’ve stayed put here. Usually, the mornings start with a bit of a rush as everyone gets in and checks the schedule. We deal with various media tasks, mostly connecting different pieces of projects together. It’s practical work. Sometimes the internet acts up or the rain makes the commute difficult, but that’s just how it is in Bangalore. We don’t spend much time on fancy decor; we’d rather just have desks that work and a place to sit. Our office is easy to miss if you aren't looking for the specific house number, but we like it that way. It feels more like a workshop than a corporate headquarters. Most of us live fairly close by, so we know the local shops and the best places for a quick break. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. We just show up, do the work, and head home once the day is through. It’s a steady pace for us.
