Mohitha Infra Private Limited is located in Audugodi. The specific spot is 1/1 Basavanna Gudi Beedi, which people around here also call Temple Street. It’s right near the temple, so the area gets quite busy during festivals and on certain mornings. We’ve been operating out of this part of Bangalore for some time now. K Balakrishna is the one who usually keeps things running at the office. We do infrastructure work, which involves a lot of coordinating with labor and getting supplies to different sites. The office itself is small and tucked into the street. It feels like a part of the neighborhood rather than a corporate headquarters. We have maps of the city and project files everywhere. Because we are in Audugodi, we are pretty central, which helps with getting to different parts of the city, though the traffic on the main roads can be a nightmare. We don't use any fancy management software; we mostly rely on phone calls and handwritten notes to keep things straight. It might seem a bit old-fashioned to some people, but it works for us. We know the people we work with and they know us. There isn't any big secret to it; we just take the jobs as they come and try to finish them without too many problems. Some days are better than others, but that’s just the nature of construction and infra work in a city like this.
