Operating out of Koramangala No. 9 is interesting. Our spot at Kavya on the 10th Main in S.Tbed is where Mogul Commercial Real Estate Private Limited gets its work done. It is a decent sized office but we do not spend much time worrying about the decor. We are mostly focused on the commercial side of things around here. Dealing with real estate means a lot of phone calls and even more site visits. We have a small team. Everyone knows their job. We have been at this address for a bit, and people in the area have started to recognize the name. It is not a fancy glass building, just a regular place where we sit and work. There is always someone coming or going. We keep a pot of tea going usually. Mogul Commercial Real Estate isn't trying to be the biggest, just reliable. The S.Tbed area is quite peaceful compared to the rest of Koramangala, which we appreciate. Sometimes the internet acts up, or we run out of printer ink at the worst time. That is just how it goes. We do not have any big speeches about what we do. We just look at the listings, talk to the owners, and try to make things work. If you happen to be on 10th Main, you will see our sign.
