We work out of Shiva Sai Enclave, which is in the 1st Main of Domlur Layout. It’s unit 102. Modernagro Horti Innovative Solutionsprivate Limited is the name on the door, but we mostly just think of ourselves as a small team trying to do things a bit differently in the horticulture world. Domlur is a busy part of town, so there is always noise from the street. It’s a bit of an urban spot for an agro business, but it works for us. We spend a lot of time on our computers looking at new ways to help plants grow better. It’s not all dirt and mud here since we are in an enclave, but we still have plenty of samples lying around. The office is a bit cramped with all the equipment and books we’ve gathered over time. We aren't a corporate giant. It’s just a few rooms where we brainstorm and try to solve practical problems for farmers. Sometimes we go out to the fields, but a lot of the planning happens right here in 102. The neighbors are mostly quiet, which is nice when we need to concentrate. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. We just focus on the solutions we’re working on. It’s a lot of trial and error, honestly. We just keep trying until something actually works for the growers.
