We are located at No.48 in Santrupthi Nagar, which is part of J.P Nagar 7th Phase in Bangalore. It is a decent residential area, so it stays a bit quieter than the main roads. Mnr Associate Builders Private Limited is run by a small group of us who have been in the building trade for years. Our office is basically just a room with some filing cabinets and a big table where we spread out the blueprints. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city; we just want to do a solid job on the projects we take on. Most of the time we are out on-site, wearing boots and getting our hands dirty. Construction isn't a clean job, and our office reflects that—there's usually some dust on the shelves no matter how much we clean. We handle a lot of the local building work around this side of town. It involves a lot of talking to masonry workers and electricians. Some days are long, starting before the sun is really up, and other days we are stuck in the office doing the boring tax and permit stuff. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just build things. If you come by Santrupthi Nagar, you'll see our sign. It's nothing special, just a place where work happens every day. We like the neighborhood and the people around here.
