MNC PROPERTIES INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is based out in Madanayakanahalli, on the second floor of No.10/29. We’re right on the Lakshmipura Main Road in Dasanapura Hobli. It’s a bit further out from the main Bangalore city, which is actually nice because it’s a bit less congested, though the trucks on the main road can be loud. We’ve been operating from this spot for a while now. The office is pretty basic with just the things we need to get our work done. We handle property stuff, mostly around this side of town. Most of our time is spent on the phone or driving out to see different sites. When we're in the office, we're usually sorting through local records or trying to fix the printer. We don't have a corporate handbook or any of that stuff. We just talk to people like normal neighbors. The stairs to the second floor are a bit steep, so we get our exercise for the day just going to work. There are a lot of new developments happening around Dasanapura, so there is always something new to look into. We aren't a huge firm with lots of branches; it’s just this one office where we do everything. It’s practical, honest work, and we try to stay busy.
