MN ESHWARI CHITS PRIVATE LIMITED is based at No. 938 on the 80 Feet Road. We are part of the 1st Block in BTM 4th Stage, specifically within the Vijaya Bank Layout area. The 80 Feet Road is a major landmark around here, so there is always a lot of traffic and activity right outside our windows. The office is a busy little place where we manage various chit groups for people in the layout and beyond. It’s a standard workspace with desks, a couple of computers, and rows of files for all our members. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that; it’s just us doing the daily work of recording payments and organizing the monthly draws. The atmosphere is generally informal, and we often have local residents popping in to drop off their cash or check on the status of their chits. It gets a bit hectic towards the end of the month when most of the collections happen. We try to keep things organized as best as we can, even when the paperwork starts to pile up. Being in BTM 4th Stage is convenient for a lot of folks, and we’ve become a familiar stop for many people on their way home from work. It’s a very local, hands-on way of doing business, and we just focus on keeping everything running smoothly for everyone involved.
