Being in an industrial estate means it is always a bit noisy and there are trucks moving in and out all day long. We have been here for a good amount of time. Our focus is mainly on exports. The space we have is more of a working area than a fancy office. We have got some storage space and then a small area where we handle the billing and the export documents. It is a practical environment. The floor is concrete and there’s always a bit of grease around from the machines next door, but it doesn’t bother us. We’ve got a heavy metal shutter that we roll up every morning at eight. It’s a loud way to start the day. Our desks are old wooden ones that have seen better days, but they are sturdy enough for the computers and all the files we have to keep. We don’t have a website with fancy photos. Most of our contacts are people we’ve known for years in the trade. We focus on Mahadevapura because it’s where all the action is for an export business like ours.
