Our office is on the 1st Floor of a building at 201/E in the 1st Stage of H.B.R Layout. It’s in the 2nd Block, which is a fairly established residential area in Bangalore. We’ve been here for a while, working on various development projects. The office is just a couple of rooms with some old filing cabinets and a few computers. H.B.R Layout is a nice place, but the traffic near the ring road can be a nightmare sometimes. We usually get to the office around nine, have some tea, and start going through the day's tasks. Being developers means we deal with a lot of paperwork, site visits, and talking to contractors. It’s not a glamorous job. We spend a lot of time waiting at government offices or checking on construction progress in the sun. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most of our business comes from people who live nearby or have seen our projects around the layout. We just try to keep things moving and finish what we started. Sometimes the plans change midway, and we have to figure it out as we go. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way because it’s easier to manage everything ourselves. There is always a lot of work to do every single day, and we just keep at it until the sun goes down.
