We are located right on the Outer Ring Road in Marathahalli. Our spot is at No. 90/6, and we are quite close to the old Innovative Multiplex building. If you’ve ever been stuck in Marathahalli traffic, you know exactly where we are. It’s a loud, dusty, and very busy part of Bangalore. At Miv Restaurants Llp, we operate right in the middle of all that noise. The office is basic. We have some desks, a few computers, and a lot of logbooks for running the restaurants. The sound of the traffic outside is a constant hum in the background. We spend our days looking at sales figures and talking to the kitchen staff about what’s running low. It’s not a glamorous job. There is a lot of cleaning and organizing involved. We are often here late into the evening because that’s when the restaurants are busiest. Marathahalli is a place where people are always on the move, and we try to keep up with that pace. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. It's just us, the partners, and a few administrative staff. We handle the bills, the licensing, and the staff schedules. Sometimes the water supply is an issue, or the power trips, but we just deal with it. We are a local business that knows the grind of the Bangalore food scene. It’s just how things are for us every single day.
