Mitra Promotors Anddevelopers Privatelimited is based out of Hebbal Kempapura. Our office is tucked away in Maruthi Layout, specifically at No. T1 on the 13th Cross. It’s a quiet enough area compared to the main road, which is nice for when we need to actually think. We deal with property development and promotions around here. It’s a lot of meetings with landowners and looking at maps. Hebbal has changed so much lately with all the new flyovers and buildings. We try to keep up with how the city is expanding. Developing land isn't as glamorous as it sounds in the brochures. It involves a lot of government offices, checking documents, and waiting for approvals. We just handle the day-to-day grind of it. The team here is small. We usually have a pot of coffee going and several maps spread out on the table. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; usually, it’s just one of us answering the door. People come to us because they know we are from the neighborhood. We know the soil and the local rules. It’s a practical business. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just look at a piece of land and see what can be done with it. 13th Cross is a good spot for us. It’s close enough to the action but away from the worst of the traffic. We’ve been here a good while now.
