You can find us over at No.544 on the 5th Main. We are located in Kengeri Satellite Town, very close to the Raghavendra Temple. That temple is a major landmark, so it makes finding our office pretty easy for anyone coming from outside the area. Mirle Properties Private Limited is a local outfit that handles land and real estate. Our office is a simple setup with a few tables and chairs where we sit down and go over property papers. Kengeri has grown so much lately, and we have been right here to see it happen. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls or a fancy coffee machine. We just have a small space where we can get our work done and meet with people. Most of our day is spent talking to folks who are looking to buy or sell something around here. We try to keep things very straightforward and don't use any of that complicated real estate talk. If there is a problem with a plot or a piece of paperwork, we just say it clearly. Sometimes the 5th Main gets a bit loud with the traffic, but we don't mind it. We’ve been part of this community for a long time and we know most of the people who live on this side of town. It is a practical business run by people who actually live here.
