Mindworks Realty Llp

You’ll find us on West Park Road in Kumarpark East. We are right on the ground floor at number 8, near the Shivananda Circle bus stop. It’s a well-known part of town, very central and easy to get to. Mindworks Realty Llp has been operating from here for a while. We mostly deal with properties in the older, more established parts of Bangalore. It’s a bit different from the new layouts further out. The buildings here have history, and the deals can be a bit more complex because of old titles. We spend a lot of time at the registrar's office or meeting clients for coffee in the neighborhood. Our office isn't very large, just enough space for the files and a couple of desks for us to work at. We aren't trying to be some high-tech startup with fancy apps. We just do real estate the old-fashioned way—lots of talking, walking, and checking things in person. The traffic around Shivananda Circle can be a headache, but it brings a lot of people by our door. We help with buying, selling, and leasing shops or homes. We try to be honest about the pros and cons of every site we show. If a building has old plumbing, we’ll just tell you. We want to make sure people know what they're getting into. It’s just us doing our job in a part of the city we like.
