We are located on Nyanapahalli Main Road, specifically in Viyanak Nagar within the Sugama Layout. This part of Bangalore is mostly residential, which gives our office a much more relaxed and local feel. We aren't tucked away in a huge corporate park. Instead, we are right there in the neighborhood. Mindish Sales And Marketing operates out of a regular building that doesn't have any flashy signs or glass elevators. We just have our office space where we can sit down and focus on what we need to do for the day. The layout is usually pretty quiet, though you can hear the sounds of the neighborhood throughout the day. We like it that way because it feels real. Our team is just a handful of people who know each other well and work together to get things done. We don't have long meetings with slides and charts. We just talk across our desks and figure things out as we go. It is a very practical way of working. Sometimes we go out to the main road for tea or to pick up some supplies. We don't have a polished "About Us" page because we are too busy doing the actual work. We just show up every morning, do our best for the people we work with, and then head home. It’s a simple life and we are happy to be part of this community.
