Being on Ulsoor Road means we are right in the middle of a very busy part of the city. The Salarpuria Windsor is a well-known building, so it makes it easier for people to find where we are based. We have our office on the 4th floor where we do all the planning and management for our building projects. It is a bit more of a formal setting than a construction site, but it is still a place of work. We have computers for the technical stuff and a big table where we spread out the plans. We spend a lot of time looking at schedules and budgets. Ulsoor Road is always humming with cars and people, and you can see a bit of that from our windows. Even though we are up on the 4th floor, we are constantly going back and forth to various sites across Bangalore. We deal with the building process from the start to the finish. It involves a lot of phone calls and sitting in traffic, like most jobs in this city. We don't have any big slogans or missions, we just focus on the project that is right in front of us at the moment and try to get it finished.
