Our office is on the 4th floor of the Salarpuria Windsor building. It is at No. 3 Ulsoor Road. If you know Bangalore, you know this area gets quite busy. We are right in the middle of it all. As builders and developers, we have a lot on our plates. There is always a new project being planned or an old one being finished up. The office is usually humming with the sound of phones ringing and people talking over drawings. We have a decent view from the fourth floor, but we are mostly looking at spreadsheets or site photos. Ulsoor Road is a good central spot for us because we can get to different parts of the city relatively easily, depending on the traffic. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. We just show up in our work clothes and get to it. Sometimes the elevators in the building are slow, which is a bit annoying when you are in a rush. But the space works for what we need. We handle everything from the initial land stuff to the final handover. It is a lot of moving parts to keep track of. Some days are long, and we end up staying late to finish up paperwork. It is just a normal life of building things in a big city. We have a small team here and we just try to keep everything organized. Sometimes it works better than other times, but we manage.
