Millennial Hospitality Ventures Private Limited

Our company is Millennial Hospitality Ventures Private Limited. We are set up at 104/1, Ramaiah L/O in Horamavu, Hoysala Nagar. It’s a pretty straightforward setup we have here. We don’t have a huge, fancy building with a glass front. It’s just a regular office where we handle all our hospitality work. We’ve been in this part of Bangalore for a while now. Most of our days are spent coordinating different projects and making sure the staff at our various locations know what they are doing. It’s a lot of back-and-forth emails and phone calls. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do a decent job with the properties we manage. The team here is pretty small, just a few of us who have known each other for a long time. We don't really do formal meetings. Usually, we just talk over coffee about what needs to be fixed or who needs to be paid. Horamavu is a growing area, so things are always changing around our office. It keeps us on our toes. We don't have any polished slogans or big goals written on the walls. We just come in, check our lists, and try to get through the day’s tasks. It’s not fancy, but it works for us. We just take things as they come and try to stay organized. That is how we have operated since we started and it seems to be going okay so far.
