Mhysa Nurturers Foundation

You’ll find us down on the Mhysa Nurturers Foundation Road, right near SRS Orchard. The address is a bit long, at #20, K No 171, 4th Cross GS Shivarudrappa, in the Basapur village area of Bangalore. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here, but it’s where we belong. We aren't a corporate entity with a glass building. We are just a foundation run by people who live and work in the 560100 area. Our office feels more like a house because it’s in a residential part of the village. We have a lot of local folks dropping by just to say hello or ask for advice. The Mhysa Nurturers Foundation is something we started because we saw a need in our own backyard. We spend our days dealing with the local issues that pop up. Sometimes we're out in the fields, and other times we're stuck behind a desk sorting through files. It’s not always organized perfectly, and we definitely don’t have everything figured out. But we show up every day and do the work. We don’t use fancy marketing talk because we don’t need to. Our neighbors know who we are. We just want to help things grow in Basapur. It’s a simple goal and we take it one day at a time. The air is a bit better out here than in the city center, which makes the long days feel a little shorter. We are just nurturing what we can.
