About Mentortech Collective Foundation – Charity & Non Profit Organisations in Bengaluru Urban
We are based in Sector 2 of HSR Layout, specifically in the Royale Habitat Apartments. Our space is C3G, right on the 19th Main. It’s a residential-feeling spot which actually makes it quite comfortable to work in. We aren't a big corporation with floors of offices; we are just a small collective. The Mentortech Collective Foundation is really just about connecting people who know things with people who want to learn. We have a few desks and a lot of coffee mugs scattered around. The apartment setting means it’s relatively quiet compared to the main roads, though you can still hear the city hum. We spend our days mostly on emails or video calls, trying to coordinate between different mentors. Sometimes we have people over for a quick meeting, and we usually just sit in the living area part of the unit. It’s very informal. We don’t have a dress code or anything like that. Sometimes the building elevator is being serviced, so we get a bit of exercise on the stairs. It’s a practical place to get things done without the pressure of a high-rise office. We’ve grown to like the neighborhood, especially the small eateries nearby where we grab lunch. It’s a straightforward operation here. We just show up, do the work that needs doing, and try to help people figure out their career paths in tech without making it sound too complicated or fancy.
