Melt Confections Private Limited

We are over here on Puliyar Koil Street, right at number 50. It is a bit of a busy spot in Bangalore, especially with the first cross being where it is. Mostly, we just spend our days working with sugar and chocolate. Melt Confections started because we liked making things that people actually want to eat after dinner or during a break. It is not a huge fancy factory or anything like that. Just a regular place where we get the recipes right and try not to make a mess. Sometimes the humidity in Bangalore makes the chocolate act funny, but we have figured out how to handle it over the years. We have been in this 560025 area for a while now. People drop by or we send stuff out from here. It is a lot of handwork. You won't find robots doing the mixing. We use our hands and basic tools. The kitchen gets hot, especially in the afternoons. But we keep at it because the orders keep coming in. We don't really do big ads. Usually, it's just folks telling their neighbors about us. That works fine. If you are walking down 1st Cross, you might smell what we are making. It is just a small team here trying to keep the quality steady. Nothing too complicated about it. We just show up, do the work, and hope people enjoy the treats.
