Our office for Melangesine Advertising Private Limited is located on the 1st Floor of the Gopala Krishna Complex. We are right on Residency Road, which is one of the busiest spots in Bangalore. Being at 45/3 means we are right in the heart of the action. It can get pretty loud outside with the traffic, but inside we are usually focused on our advertising work. We’ve got a mix of people here who just like to get things done. We don't have a corporate handbook telling us how to act. We just treat each other like normal people. The building itself has been around for a bit, and we like the character of the place. We do a lot of media planning and ad creation from this floor. It’s not a huge space, but it fits us. We spend our days looking at designs and checking schedules. Sometimes the elevator in the complex is a bit slow, so we take the stairs. It keeps us moving. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in Karnataka, just a reliable one that people can talk to without feeling intimidated. We have our coffee together in the mornings and then we just dive into the tasks. It’s a straightforward way to spend a work week. We like being central because everything is close by, even if the parking is a nightmare. It is just how things go for us every day.
