Medline Academics Private Limited is situated at Flat No. 201 in the Navami Nakshatra building. We are right on 1st Main Road over in Sheshadripuram. It’s a well-known part of Bangalore, so it’s easy for people to find the 560020 area. Our office is on the second floor, and it’s basically where all the academic planning happens. We focus on medical-related education, so there is usually a lot of talk about curriculums and schedules around the office. It’s a decent-sized flat that we’ve converted into our working space. There’s a kitchen where we make way too much tea during the day to keep ourselves going. Sheshadripuram is a bit of a classic Bangalore neighborhood, and we like the history of the place. We’ve got our desks set up near the windows, and you can see the street life below on 1st Main. It’s not a sterile corporate environment at all. It feels more like a home office where things actually get done. We’ve been working from this location for some time now and it suits us well enough. There’s plenty of places nearby to grab a quick lunch or snacks. We just focus on our day-to-day tasks and try to keep our academic projects moving forward without making things too complicated for everyone. It’s just us, some computers, and a lot of work to get through most weeks. We keep things pretty simple and avoid any unnecessary fuss about being a big company.
