Mediquest Medical Tourism India Privatelimited is located over in Puttenhalli at number 13. It is near Nagichetty Kamalakar and the 4th Main in Uttarahalli. The office is a bit out of the way, which is nice because it’s not as loud as the main roads around here. We mostly deal with people who are traveling from far away to get medical treatment in India. It is a lot of desk work. We spend hours on the computer looking at flight schedules and hospital dates. It’s not a doctor’s office, so you won’t see any stethoscopes or medical gear here. Just desks, some old filing cabinets, and a kettle for making tea in the afternoon. We have to talk to a lot of different people to make sure everyone knows where they are supposed to be. Sometimes it is stressful when a visa doesn’t come through on time or a hospital changes an appointment at the last minute. We just sit here and try to fix the mess. It’s a small group of us working in the office. We aren't part of some giant corporation with a big lobby and fancy receptionists. It’s just a house-turned-office where we keep track of paperwork. We know the local shops around Puttenhalli if anyone needs to grab a quick snack during their visit. Usually, we are just busy answering emails and taking calls from different time zones. It keeps us on our toes most days of the week.
