Medibros Pharmaceuticals Private Limited is over in Nagashetti Halli. We are specifically at B3 in the Shreya Residency. It’s on the 2nd Main, 3rd Cross, in Gowdara Colony. It’s a residential-feeling area, so it’s not like being in a big industrial park. We like it because it feels more like a community. The office is inside the residency, which makes it a bit different from your typical sterile workplace. We have our desks set up and plenty of space for the files we have to keep. Being in the Gowdara Colony area means we see the same neighbors every day. It's a simple operation. We deal with pharmaceuticals, which means we have to be very careful with our records and how we store things. There’s no big mission statement on the wall. We just show up, drink some tea, and start going through the orders. Sometimes the 3rd Cross gets a bit crowded with parked cars, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. Our team is small, just a couple of us handling the daily tasks. We’ve been in Nagashetti Halli for a bit now and it feels like home. We don't use any high-tech systems that we don't need; we just stick to what works. Most of the time is spent making sure the logistics side of things is handled properly.
