We’ve been working out of this office for a good number of years. It’s a regular neighborhood, and we like the feeling of being part of the local community. We do construction work, mostly building houses and other shelters. It’s not a fancy job, and our office reflects that. It’s a place for work, not for showing off. We spend a lot of time on the 6th Cross, talking to neighbors and workers. Bangalore is growing so fast, especially in areas like the 3rd Phase, so we stay pretty busy. We don't have a corporate office with a receptionist and a coffee bar. We just have some desks, some chairs, and a lot of paperwork. Our team is small, and we all know each other well.
