Maypark Developments Private Limited

Our office is over at No 39 in the NGEF Layout, which is in Binnamangala, Stage 1. This is part of the Indiranagar area. Most people think of Indiranagar as being very trendy and loud, but our corner is actually quite peaceful. Maypark Developments Private Limited has a simple setup here. We’ve got a couple of rooms where we handle all our planning and paperwork. It’s not a fancy corporate suite. The furniture is a bit mismatched, and the shelves are stuffed with folders that have been there for years. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or meeting with people to talk about different projects. There’s a small balcony where we keep a few plants, though they’ve seen better days. We like being in this part of town because it’s easy for everyone to get to. There’s a good bakery down the road that we visit almost every morning. Our work doesn't require a lot of flash, so we don't bother with it. We just focus on what needs to be done. Sometimes we stay late when things get busy, but usually, we try to wrap up on time. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, but we stay focused. We don't have big signs or anything like that. People just know where we are. It feels like a good, honest place to spend our working hours.
