Our office is over in BTM 2nd Stage, specifically on 16th Main. It's on the second floor of building number 45. If you know the 6th A Cross area, you’ll find us easily enough. We’ve been operating out of here for some time now. Dealing with construction in Bangalore means a lot of running around, so the office is mostly where we do the paperwork and catch our breath. We handle different types of building work. It’s a lot of coordination between different teams and making sure the supplies are where they need to be. Sometimes things get messy on a site, but we try to stay organized. We aren't a giant corporation with hundreds of people; we’re just a local team doing our bit. The traffic around BTM can be a real headache, especially in the evenings, so we try to get our site visits done early. We don't have a big reception area or anything. It's just desks, some blueprints, and a lot of coffee. We focus on getting things built right without making a big fuss about it. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. We just keep our heads down and work on the current projects we have. It’s practical work and we take it one day at a time. Most of our days are spent checking on progress and talking to the workers.
