Our company, Matdev Investment Advisers Private Limited, is based in the Sobha Habitech building on Whitefield Main Road. We are in unit H2-3122. If you know Whitefield, you know how much it has changed with all the tech growth and the traffic that comes with it. We are right in the Pattandu Agrahara area. Our office is where we spend most of our time, usually huddled over our computers looking at investment data. It is a decent space, but we aren't trying to win any design awards. We just have what we need to stay organized and get our work done. Whitefield can be a very busy and loud place, but inside our office, we try to keep things calm so we can focus on the numbers. We aren't a big corporate firm with hundreds of employees. We are just a small group of advisers who know the market and like to help people figure out where to put their money. We don't use any high-pressure sales tactics or complicated marketing talk. We just give our honest opinion based on what we see. Sometimes the work is a bit repetitive, but we find it satisfying to solve problems for folks. We’ve been at this address for a while and we really feel like we’re part of the Whitefield landscape now. We usually grab lunch at one of the small places nearby and then get back to the files. It is a steady way to live and work.
