Marvella Buildtech Private Limited is over in Jayanagar 8th Block. Specifically, we are at No. 9, Flat No. 203, in the GK Vihar Apartment building. It’s right on 40th Cross Road. We’ve been operating out of this apartment office for a while now. It’s a quiet enough spot to focus on our buildtech work. Bangalore 560070 is the pincode if you're looking for us. We handle a lot of the technical side of building and construction from here. It’s not a huge office, just a flat where the team gathers to look over drawings and sort out the schedules for our different sites. Being in Jayanagar is nice because it’s easy for people to reach us, though parking on 40th Cross can be a bit tricky sometimes. We spend most of our hours making sure the projects are moving along as they should. We don't really do the flashy corporate thing. It’s mostly just us sitting around a few desks, talking to contractors, and making sure the supplies are getting where they need to go. If you come by GK Vihar, you’ll find us on the second floor. It's a regular work environment where we try to keep things organized. We've been part of the Bangalore building scene for some time, just doing our thing in the 8th Block area of Jayanagr. We don't spend time on fancy speeches, we just focus on the building part.
