MARKON HOMES PRIVATE LIMITED is based at SAI YUTI HOMES, which is building #11. We are in Flat No 001 on the first floor. This is located on 2nd Main in Munnekolala, which is part of the Marathalli area in Bangalore. It’s a very busy part of Karnataka, especially with all the tech parks nearby. Our office is basically a converted flat. It gives the whole place a very lived-in feel. We have a small lobby area with a couple of chairs for visitors, but most of the action happens in the back rooms where the desks are. The 1st floor location is convenient because we don't have to wait for the elevator. Outside, the street is usually lined with parked scooters and delivery vans. Marathalli is known for its traffic, so we are used to the sounds of engines and horns. We keep the curtains drawn in the afternoon because the sun hits the front windows pretty hard. Our team is small, and we mostly focus on keeping our housing projects on track. There’s always a stack of documents waiting to be signed on the main table. We drink a lot of coffee to stay sharp. It’s not a polished corporate headquarters; it’s more like a local workspace where things actually get done. We know the shopkeepers on the corner and the security guards for the building. It’s a straightforward place to work and manage our daily tasks.
