Marcom House Llp

Marcom House Llp is set up in Nagendra Block at No. 43/44. It’s a quiet enough area of Bangalore compared to the main commercial stretches. We don’t have a fancy building with a glass facade. It’s a more traditional-looking place that feels like it belongs in the neighborhood. Inside, we keep things pretty organized, but it’s not sterile like a hospital. There are papers on desks, some old files, and usually a few coffee mugs sitting around. We don’t use any complicated business lingo when we talk to each other. If something needs to be done, we just say it and get to it. The team is small, so we all know each other’s business. We don't have those long orientation sessions or employee handbooks that no one reads. People come in, say their hellos, and start their work. Sometimes the neighbors drop by, or we see the same people walking their dogs every morning. It’s a very local way of doing things. We’ve been in this spot for a bit, and it feels like home now. We don't have any big mission statements or visions for the next decade. We just take it day by day, making sure we handle the projects that come our way. It’s a straightforward life in Nagendra Block, and we are quite alright with that. It works for us.
