We operate out of the second floor of Classic Court, which is at 9/1 Richmond Road. This part of Bangalore has a lot of history, and the building feels like it’s been part of the landscape for quite a while. Manyata Industrial Parks is based here, right in the middle of the city's old-school charm. The office is at 560025, and it’s a place where we do a lot of the heavy lifting for our projects. It isn’t a high-tech glass tower. Instead, it’s a solid, practical office where we look at maps and talk about land and infrastructure. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the traffic on Richmond Road, but that’s just life in the city. We have a small group working here, and we’ve all been together for a good stretch of time. We know each other's habits and how we like our tea. The work involves a lot of patience and dealing with paperwork that seems to never end. We don't have a big PR department or anything like that. We just focus on the industrial side of things and try to keep our projects on track. Classic Court is a recognizable landmark for many, and it serves us well as a home base. We keep things humble and focus on the day-to-day tasks that keep the business going. It's a simple life of planning and coordinating from our desks in the heart of Bangalore.
