We are located at No. 95 in the LIC Colony, right near the Shankar Mutt in Basaveshwaranagar. It is a busy part of Bangalore, and our office reflects that most days. We have been working as builders and promoters for a good while now. It’s a private limited setup, but we operate more like a small family unit. Most mornings start with us checking the site reports and figuring out where the trucks are. The traffic around the mutt can be a real pain during festival times, which sometimes slows our deliveries down. We don't have a big marketing team or anything polished like that. We just sit around this table at the office and talk through the plans. Sometimes we disagree on how to handle a certain plot, but we figure it out eventually. Building houses in a city like Bangalore is never as simple as it looks on paper. There’s always some permit that’s stuck or a monsoon rain that stops the concrete from pouring. We just try to stay honest with the people who hire us. We aren't into making grand promises we can't keep. It's just about getting the masonry right and making sure the plumbing doesn't leak later on. If you are in the area, you might see us heading out to one of the local sites.
