Mana Promoters LLP is located in Kadubisanahalli, which most people know as that busy stretch on the Outer Ring Road near Marathahalli. Our office is on the 2nd floor of the Swamy Legato building, specifically at Sy No. 20/7. If you have ever driven past here, you know the traffic can be a real test of patience. We spend a lot of our time here dealing with the details of property and promotion. The building is a decent landmark in an area that is constantly under construction. We have a few desks and a lot of maps. It is a working office, not a showroom. Most of us have been working in this part of Bangalore for years, so we have seen the Ring Road change from empty lots to all these big buildings. We just get on with our tasks every day. Sometimes the office is quiet, and other times everyone is talking at once. We don't have a receptionist in a uniform or anything like that. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just says hello. It’s an honest way to run a business. We focus on the practical side of things like land records and building plans. It’s a lot of sitting at computers and making phone calls to move things forward. That is basically what life is like at our office.
