We set up MALGUDI REALTY LLP over in Amruthalli, on the second floor of Tirumala Residency. It's a decent spot in Talakaveri Layout. Byatarayanpura is growing fast, so there's always something going on around here. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and property papers. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some tables and a few chairs for when people come to talk. We chose this location because it's convenient for people living in Bangalore North. Most of the time, we’re out on the field looking at sites or stuck in traffic trying to get to a meeting. It’s a lot of running around, honestly. When we are actually in the office, we’re usually catching up on calls. The building, Tirumala Residency, is easy enough to find if you're familiar with the 340 A area. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. It's just a small group of us trying to make sense of the real estate market here in Karnataka. It gets pretty hectic during the weekends since that's when most people have time to look at properties. We don't have any scripted sales pitches. We just tell people what we know about the local plots and buildings. Sometimes things go smooth, and sometimes there are delays with the paperwork, but we just keep at it. It’s practical work. We’ve been in this layout for a bit and know the streets pretty well by now.
