We are located right near the post office in Janatha Colony. Being at No.1 makes us easy to spot if you’re in the Bannerghatta area. Malanar Projects is basically a group of us who enjoy being part of the local community here. We don't have some fancy corporate headquarters with glass walls. It's more of a practical space where we can sit down and look at site plans. Working in Bangalore means you spend a lot of time moving around from one place to another. We handle a variety of building and project tasks. Some days are smoother than others. We’ve had times where the weather didn't cooperate or materials showed up late. That's just how this business goes, and you learn to deal with it. We don't talk much about our vision because we're too busy looking at what's right in front of us. Most of the people who work with us are from around here or nearby neighborhoods. We like to think we’re just honest workers doing a fair day's work. The office can get a bit cluttered with papers and samples, but we know where everything is. It’s not about looking perfect; it’s about getting the project across the finish line. People come to us because they want someone who understands the local area and doesn't give them a hard time with technical talk. We just tell it like it is and get to work. That’s our way.
