Maisah Ventures (Opc) Private Limited

We run Maisah Ventures (Opc) Private Limited out of No 10 M in the Lake View County Apartments. It’s on Manipalcounty Road in Singasandra. It’s not your typical office building, since it’s actually an apartment complex. We like it that way because it feels a lot more like a home than a cold corporate space. The landmark is easy to find, so we don't usually have people getting lost. Inside, we’ve converted the rooms to fit our desks and equipment. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes, especially when we have a lot of deliveries coming in. There isn't a front desk or a lobby, just a door with our name on it. We spend a lot of time in the small kitchen area making tea and planning out the day. Singasandra can be a bit chaotic with the traffic on the main road, but once you get into the complex, it’s fairly quiet. We don't have a lot of big speeches about what we are doing. We just focus on the orders and the emails that need our attention. It’s a practical way to run a business. We’ve been here for a while and have a good routine down. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs. It’s all part of the daily experience here.
