Our place is located at number 161/2 on 2nd Main Road in Chamarajpet. If you know this part of Bangalore, you know it’s always moving and a bit loud. MAHAVEER SANVI DEVELOPERS LLP is basically run from this small spot. We spend most of our hours looking at maps and talking to workers about the latest project. Chamarajpet has that old city feel which we like, even if parking is a total nightmare. The office has some old chairs and a lot of half-empty tea cups usually. We aren't trying to be some big fancy firm with glass walls. We just do the developer work, getting land ready and seeing how things can be built. Sometimes things go slow with the paperwork at the local offices, but that is just how it is here. Most of our day is spent on the phone or driving between the office and the sites. We have a couple of guys who have been with us for years, and we just figure things out as we go. It’s hard work and the sun can be brutal when we are out on the field. We don't really do much advertising because people around here just know where to find us on 2nd Main. It’s just us doing what we know how to do in this 560018 neighborhood.
