Mahaghar Realty Llp is based over at 95 on the 4th Cross in Hulimavu. It is a pretty normal spot in this part of Bangalore, nothing too fancy or flashy about the office setup. Most of our days start with opening up the shutters and maybe getting some tea from the small shop just a few doors down the road. Hulimavu has changed quite a lot lately with more buildings popping up every time you look around. Being tucked away on the 4th Cross makes it a little bit quieter than the main road traffic, which is a relief when you are trying to go through files or talk to someone without all that constant honking. We have been in this location for a while now, just handling the usual property matters that come our way day to day. The office is just a simple, practical space where we keep our maps and meet people who are looking for a house or trying to sell a plot. Sometimes the power goes out in the heat of the afternoon, so we just end up sitting outside for a bit until the fans start moving again. It is a local business through and through. We know the people living nearby and the regular guys at the corner store. Handling real estate in this area means spending a lot of time on the phone or walking around to show different sites. It gets a bit dusty but that is just how things are here.
