Our office is at 45 Shop Street in the 2nd Block of Jayanagar. If you know Bangalore, you know Jayanagar is one of those older, established neighborhoods with lots of trees and local markets. We’ve been here for some time now, and we like being on Shop Street. Madapura Estate is a small operation. We don't have a lot of staff or a big marketing budget. We mostly just deal with estate matters and property transactions for people in the neighborhood. The office has an old-fashioned feel to it, with wooden desks and paper ledgers that we still use alongside our computers. It’s usually quiet here, except for the sound of traffic from the main road nearby. We spend our mornings going through documents and our afternoons meeting with people who have lived in Jayanagar for decades. It’s a lot of talking and listening. We don’t do high-pressure sales. We just explain how the estate process works and what the paperwork requires. Sometimes we close early if there isn't much going on, or stay late if a deal is finally coming together. It’s a very local way of doing business, and we prefer it that way. We just keep things simple and try to be helpful to whoever stops by. Our space isn't very modern but it works well enough.
