We are Machibu Flavourmachibu Flavour Limited Liability Partne. That’s a long name, I know, and it's a bit of a mouthful to say. We are based out of D.K. Halli on the Sarjapura Main Road. The exact spot is 33/2, G1, right near the Carmelaram Post office area. It's a busy stretch of road and there is always a lot of dust from the construction around here lately. We spend our time working on different food flavors and ingredients. It’s mostly just us in the unit. The space is practical, nothing fancy at all. We have our equipment and a few desks for the paperwork and the computer. Sarjapura has changed a lot lately, so many new buildings and apartments coming up every month. We try to stay out of the chaos and just get our work done. Sometimes the deliveries take a while because of the traffic on the main road, which is usually a mess during the day. It’s a bit frustrating but we manage to get things moved. We aren't trying to be some massive brand with a huge office or anything. We just like what we do and try to do it right every day. The office is on the ground floor which makes it easier for moving heavy stuff in and out of the unit. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the routine. Most of the time it's just the sound of the machines and us.
