Maanya Sands Llp

Maanya Sands Llp is based at 269 KHB Colony in the 5th Block of Bangalore South. We’ve been in this part of the city for a while now. The office is just a regular place in a residential colony, so it’s not like those big glass buildings you see downtown. We mostly deal with the construction side of things, specifically materials like sand and such. It’s a dusty business, to be honest. Our days are filled with scheduling trucks and making sure the loads get to where they need to go on time. Bangalore South is always growing, so there’s always someone needing something built. We spend a lot of time on our mobile phones, shouting over the noise of traffic or construction sites. It’s a lot of logistics and paperwork that most people never see. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. People usually find us because we’ve been around the neighborhood or they know someone we worked with. The 560095 area is home to us. Sometimes the trucks get stuck in the narrow streets or there’s a delay at the source, but we just try to keep things moving. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just provide what’s needed for the local builds. It’s practical work and it keeps the lights on.
